This garden is in Montclair on a sunny hillside with fast-growing, low water perennials, succulents, grasses and trees.

We let the steel naturally oxidize to get this corten look. 

In general, you will see significant growth within the first year. In two years the garden will look almost filled in. Trees and large shrubs require more time but I will walk you through what to expect at the master plan review.
